Alden

Terms

Effective October 2026.

The total-loss report fee is $300. The diminished-value report fee is $300. Each figure is taken from the price configured for that product on the day you pay. You are buying a written opinion, a demand letter, and a short guide, prepared from the documents you supply and reviewed for release by the named appraiser. You are not buying a promise that an insurer will pay, a law-firm engagement, or a physical inspection.

You confirm that the facts you enter are accurate. A file built on a wrong mileage or a wrong total is still a file about those inputs. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents and facts you submit.

100% money-back guarantee if your recovery is under $1,000.

Total Loss Report: If the additional payout you recover above the insurer's prior written settlement offer is less than $1,000 after submitting your Alden Total Loss Report and demand letter, we refund your full $300 report fee. The insurer's original offer does not count toward the $1,000 threshold.

Diminished Value Report: If the diminished-value payout you recover from the insurer for your vehicle's lost resale value is less than $1,000 after submitting your Alden Diminished Value Report and demand letter, we refund your full $300 report fee. Repair payments to the body shop are separate and do not count toward the $1,000 threshold.

If you submit the Alden report and demand letter to the insurer and recover less than $1,000 above the insurer's prior written offer (on a total-loss claim) or less than $1,000 in diminished value (on a repaired-vehicle claim), you may request a full refund of the report fee within 180 days of delivery by providing the insurer's written response. A written denial counts as $0 recovery. The guarantee does not apply if the information or documents supplied with the order were materially inaccurate.

Independent appraiser representation under a policy appraisal clause is not included in the standard report fee and, where available, is quoted separately.

One business day is a service delivery target measured after payment and receipt of a readable valuation or repair estimate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim arising out of a report or demand letter is limited to the fee paid for the report. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Alden is not a law firm. Nothing on this site or in a report is legal advice, a coverage opinion, or a statement that an insurer must pay.
